RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your Nubo pillow. That's why you have 30 days to try the product at home and return it if it isn't right for you.

Returns are completely free. Simply send us an email at hello@trynubo.co.uk with your order number, or get in touch through our contact form, and we'll send you a prepaid returns label.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
